We are back for November for our last event of 2019! We run this very unique storytelling event with a huge amount of people in Melbourne and Sydney attending our events to listen to stories of personal, business and project failure and the wisdom and resilience real humans learn from such experiences.\n\nFree tickets here: https://melbfunnovember.eventbrite.com\n\nFuckUp Nights is a global movement born in Mexico in 2012 to share public business failure stories with hundreds of people attending each event around the world.\n\nThe speakers will candidly share in 7-10 minutes:\n* What their project / business was\n* What went wrong / How it affected their personal life / What they learned / What they would do differently.\n\nSpeaker 1: Jen Sharpe - Founder and Managing Director, Think HQ Group\n\nJen Sharpe is Founder and Managing Director of the Think HQ Group - a PR and advertising business launched in 2010. Its approach has been to be at one with its community and it has expressed this by embracing music, art and culture. This has seen the brewery collaborate to make unique brews with the likes of the Foo Fighters, FBi Radio, Kylie Kwong and the Art Gallery of NSW.\n\nFollow Young Henrys on social media: @younghenrys\n\nSpeaker 3: Speaker 3: Lucio Ribeiro - Marketing and AI strategist and RMIT lecturer\n\nLucio is a public speaker, media commentator, university lecturer at RMIT and Deakin, mentor at Future Skills, former founder and MD of digital agency OnlineCircle.\n\nHe is also an adventurer, having gone from Buddhist temples in China to the heart of a humanitarian crisis in a refugee camp as a volunteer.\nWith over 20 years of marketing experience, he's worked for McCann-Erikson, LoweLintas, MRM and Ogilvy until 10 years ago where he co-founded Online Circle Digital, growing to a 35 people agency servicing clients like Mercedes-Benz, Mondelez, Cadbury, Parmalat/Lactalis and more.\n\nAt the end of each person’s story, you’ll have a chance to ask questions- nothing too cheeky, but feel free to dig around. You’ll hear stories and advice you won’t get elsewhere - and these stories will (hopefully) put you in good stead to not make the same fuckups.\n\nWe get by with a little help from our friends, so here's a little about them!\n\nOur long time mates in Young Henrys for providing drinks at our evenings- thanks gang!
