About Me - A Journey of Transformation

Have you ever felt trapped in a life that doesn't fit? Alone and incapable of making any change? Have you found yourself at the rock bottom of the valley of despair, watching your potential slip away, powerless to stop it? I'm Almaz Khalilov, the founder of XZQT IT, and I've been exactly where you are.
Imagine waking up one day to the crushing realization that you're not the person you were meant to be. That was me - labeled a "loser" by others and, even worse, by myself. But here's the incredible truth: your brain is unimaginably powerful, capable of change beyond your wildest dreams. My journey stands as living proof that no matter how dark your current chapter may be, you have the power to rewrite your entire story.
I'm here to share the wild twists and turns of my life - the devastating lows and exhilarating highs - and how I climbed from rock bottom to completely reinvent myself. My journey is a testament to the transformative power of neuroplasticity and your brain's remarkable ability to change. Even if you're in the darkest place and don't believe you can make it out, I want you to know that yes, it is possible. My mission now is to show you that you can do the same, finally living up to your true potential, no matter where you start.

Humble Beginnings

I grew up in very modest circumstances after my parents emigrated to New Zealand, with nothing but those checkered plastic bags. We had almost nothing, but somehow life was good. One of my most cherished childhood memories was creating roads from pieces of firewood my dad picked up from the gas station. I didn't have fancy toys, yet I found joy in these simple things.

My childhood was filled with solitude. My parents, adjusting to a new country, weren't outgoing, and I really struggled because of that. I was shy in primary school and very childish when it was time to grow up. Being a year younger, I hung around with younger kids and remained extremely naive, leaving me vulnerable to bullying and abuse.
By my teenage years, everything seemed to be going wrong. I had few friends, was addicted to YouTube, suffered from really bad acne, and was deeply depressed.
I faced two choices: surrender to the abyss or change my life however I could. This is why mindset is so crucial. Even at extreme lows, your mindset determines whether you have that instinct to survive and thrive.
The only problem was that this instinct led me to the wrong places. I had zero guardrails on my life. When you're disoriented, you follow any direction, just to not stay in one place. And it did lead me down a dark path...

Detour into darkness

In my teenage years, I fell into darkness and made some dangerous choices. Misguided in an attempt to "fix" myself, I turned to quick and destructive solutions. What started as misguided curiosity rapidly descended into a period of poor decisions and reckless behavior.
I experimented with things I shouldn't have, chasing experiences that promised escape but only delivered chaos. There were nights I can barely remember and mornings I was surprised to wake up to. I found myself in precarious situations more than once, where the consequences should have been severe.
With a do or die mindset, I applied it to the wrong things, instead of building up my reputation, improving my willpower and focused, I left a trail of regret in my wake. My relationship with parents suffered as I pushed every boundary, breaking their trust and their hearts. Seeking thrills, I explored places I shouldn't have, had run ins with figures I shouldn’t have, risking my health and safety for moments of misguided adventure.
This period of self-destruction, however, became a catalyst for profound change. Rock bottom, it turns out, can be a foundation. My story isn't just one of descent, but of radical transformation. I'm living proof that it's possible to rewire your brain and alter the course of your life, even from the darkest of places.
Your future isn't set in stone, no matter how far you've fallen. Every step you take towards positive change reshapes who you are, gradually reinventing yourself at a neurological level. I just wish I had better mentors to guide me out.

The Turning Point

This period of darkness became my wake-up call. At my lowest point, I realized that change was not just an option – it was a necessity. I redirected my chaotic energy into academics, channeling my intensity into a new, positive direction. I excelled in my high school exams, earning a place to study Chemical Engineering at a prestigious university ranked in the top 30 worldwide.
This newfound focus and discipline carried me through my undergraduate and master's degrees. The rigorous demands of my program became my anchor. I found myself dedicating seven days a week to my studies, not out of obligation, but out of a newfound sense of purpose.
Through this experience, I learned a crucial lesson: when you discover your mission, no amount of work seems impossible. My mission became academic excellence, and suddenly, even weekends spent poring over textbooks and solving complex problems felt meaningful. This period taught me the power of redirecting one's energy and the incredible results that can come from unwavering dedication to a goal.

This transformation wasn't just about grades or degrees. It was about reclaiming my potential and proving to myself that I could rewrite my story. It was the beginning of a journey that would lead me to where I am today.

My Mission

Just one semester away from completing my master's degree, I made a bold decision: I dropped out to start XZQT IT. This wasn't a choice made lightly, but one driven by a profound belief that the value I could offer others far outweighed any conventional path. My mission became clear: to be the mentor and guide I wish I had when I was younger, helping others discover their path and unlock their full potential.
But I've learned that motivation, like any muscle, needs constant exercise. As David Goggins says, you have to "callous your motivation muscle." Without consistent use, it atrophies. I've experienced this firsthand, finding myself occasionally slipping back into old habits - doomscrolling, engaging in unproductive activities, losing focus.
The key, I've discovered, is in how you respond to these moments. It's about picking yourself up, taking that cold shower, and refocusing your mind. Through XZQT IT, I'm committed to sharing the most effective strategies I've learned to rebuild and maintain motivation.
My goal is to help you, like me, make these setbacks less frequent and less impactful. To help you build a resilience that turns temporary lapses into opportunities for growth. Together, we'll work on transforming sporadic motivation into consistent, purposeful action.
This is more than just a business - it's a mission to empower individuals to rewrite their stories, just as I rewired my own brain and life. Through XZQT IT, I aim to create a community of individuals committed to continuous growth, supporting each other as we strive to reach our fullest potential.
Join me on this journey of transformation. Let's unlock the power of your mind together.
